Jose J (Pepe) Torres Seijo established his Real Estate Brokerage Business after retiring from an extensive career in the auto parts business in 2004. Studied at Alberto Hernandez Real Estate Academy complying with all requirements stated in “Ley 10 del 26 de abril de 1994”  and after passing the examination given by The Board of Brokers, Salespersons and Real Estate Businesses, was granted License  #11999. Extensive experienced in commercial properties of all types.  Specialized in the marketing of farms and other agriculture properties for commercial development.

Alpha Properties now expanded its business to focus on a broader commercial real estate market including hotels, multi-family, land, buildings, office space, investments.  We have also established partnerships with Home Connection | Keller Williams On The Water in Florida to service folks interested in commercial and residential properties on that market.
