Jose Torres was born and raised in San Juan , Puerto Rico and spends his time between the Tampa Bay Area where he has lived for the past 30 years and Puerto Rico. He graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Computer Science and built an extensive career in the technology consulting and risk management working for firms such as PriceWaterhouse, Ernst & Young & Protiviti.
