About Jose J. (Pepe) Torres Seijo
1937 – 2023. Pepe Torres established his Real Estate Brokerage Business after retiring from an extensive career in the auto parts business in 2004. Studied at Alberto Hernandez Real Estate Academy complying with all requirements stated in “Ley 10 del 26 de abril de 1994” and after passing the examination given by The Board of Brokers, Salespersons and Real Estate Businesses, was granted License #11999. Extensive experienced in commercial properties of all types. Specialized in the marketing of farms and other agriculture properties for commercial development.
He was well known for his kindness, humor, and his willingness to help others. Throughout his career he touched many lives in a positive way and will always be remembered. He is survived by his wife Yolanda, and his children, Yolanda M Torres, Jose L Torres Velez, and Carlos J Torres Velez.
